A mat\u00e9ria segue agora para an\u00e1lise do Senado.<\/p>\n<p>Os deputados acataram o substitutivo do deputado Francisco Ten\u00f3rio (PMN-AL) ao Projeto de Lei 6693\/06, da deputada Sandra Rosado (PSB-RN). A proposta original inseria o e-mail entre as provas aceit\u00e1veis, juntamente com o telegrama e o radiograma, j\u00e1 previstos no C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil (Lei 5.869\/73).<\/p>\n<p>O relator observa, por\u00e9m, que a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 admite o uso do e-mail como prova documental no processo. Restava regulamentar, segundo ele, em que termos se comprovaria a veracidade, al\u00e9m das datas de emiss\u00e3o e recebimento, j\u00e1 exigidas legalmente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o digital<\/strong><br \/>O ICP Brasil foi criado em 2001 para elaborar um sistema de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o digital baseado em chave p\u00fablica, e seu comit\u00ea gestor \u00e9 vinculado \u00e0 Casa Civil da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica.
