As empresas s\u00e3o dos setores automotivo, bebidas, carnes, cimento, medicamentos, energia e siderurgia. Embora tenham sido selecionadas mil empresas inicialmente, todas as outras que atuam nesses segmentos devem tamb\u00e9m aderir ao padr\u00e3o, por enquanto de maneira volunt\u00e1ria. Inicialmente, estava previsto o in\u00edcio da obrigatoriedade da emiss\u00e3o das notas eletr\u00f4nicas a partir de 1\u00ba de setembro, mas a data foi transferida para 1\u00ba de dezembro deste ano.<\/em><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><em><\/em><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"right\"><em>Segundo Newton Oller, diretor-adjunto da \u00e1rea de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria da Fazenda de S\u00e3o Paulo e l\u00edder no Estado do projeto de Nf-e, foi na \u00faltima reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria (Confaz), em julho, que ocorreu a decis\u00e3o de se alterar a data da entrada em vigor da obrigatoriedade de emiss\u00e3o de Nf-e nesta etapa do projeto. O motivo, explica ele, \u00e9 o de aprimorar o modelo de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.Hoje, os sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o da Sefaz de cada Estado est\u00e3o incumbidos de validar cada nota fiscal eletr\u00f4nica. Essa autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre em quest\u00e3o de segundos, para que ent\u00e3o a empresa possa efetivamente emitir a nota sobre suas mercadorias. Todas as notas s\u00e3o depois remetidas para o ambiente nacional, na Receita Federal. At\u00e9 dezembro, o projeto de NF-e prev\u00ea um modelo de conting\u00eancia, de maneira que o Fisco assuma o processo de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o caso os computadores de alguma Secretaria da Fazenda n\u00e3o possam faz\u00ea-lo. <\/em><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"right\"><em>Hoje, quando h\u00e1 parada de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas, a empresa emitente \u00e9 solicitada a imprimir um formul\u00e1rio em papel, o Danfe.
