Embora a pr\u00e1tica cont\u00e1bil brasileira esteja bastante aperfei\u00e7oada, este Pronunciamento que est\u00e1 sendo oferecido \u00e0 audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica visa \u00e0 converg\u00eancia com a norma internacional IAS 24- <i>Related Party Disclosures<\/i>. Foram inclu\u00eddas na minuta disposi\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais por for\u00e7a de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas brasileiras, mas que est\u00e3o conforme a ess\u00eancia das normas internacionais emitidas pelo IASB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;\"  >O <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pronunciamento T\u00e9cnico CPC 08 \u2013 Custos de Transa\u00e7\u00e3o e Pr\u00eamios na Emiss\u00e3o de T\u00edtulos e Valores Mobili\u00e1rios<\/span> regulamenta a contabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00eamios na emiss\u00e3o de deb\u00eantures em conformidade com a Lei n<sup>o<\/sup> 11.638\/2007 (Art. 10). Modifica substancialmente o tratamento dado, no Brasil, aos gastos com capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos de terceiros ou dos pr\u00f3prios s\u00f3cios, fundamentado no IAS 39 &#8211; <i>Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement<\/i> &#8211; principalmente nos seus par\u00e1grafos 43 a 47, mas n\u00e3o altera o registro dos pr\u00eamios na emiss\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es (excedente de capital, art. 182, \u00a7 1<sup>o<\/sup>, &#8220;a&#8221; da Lei n<sup>o<\/sup> 6.404\/76).<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;\"  >A minuta do P<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ronunciamento T\u00e9cnico CPC 09 \u2013 Demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o do Valor Adicionado (DVA)<\/span> regula a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dessa nova demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil, exigida a partir da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 11.638\/2007, que introduziu o item &#8220;V&#8221; ao artigo 176 da Lei das Sociedades por A\u00e7\u00f5es, de n\u00ba 6.404\/76.
