Os benef\u00edcios que deixaram de ser utilizados, somente no ICMS, totalizaram R$ 200 milh\u00f5es. Essas s\u00e3o algumas das conclus\u00f5es de um estudo elaborado pelo IOB divulgado nesta semana. Mesmo que a principal causa sejam complexidade e inconsist\u00eancia das Leis do Pa\u00eds, tais situa\u00e7\u00f5es poderiam ser evitadas pelos executivos, o que resultaria em uso mais vantajoso dos cr\u00e9ditos financeiros concedidos pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/em><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><em>De acordo com o IOB, s\u00e3o cerca de 5 mil leis, com mudan\u00e7as constantes \u2013 que chegam a tr\u00eas a cada duas horas \u2013, o que aumenta muito as chances de erro. \u201cQuando se fala em autua\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais, a primeira id\u00e9ia \u00e9 a de que as irregularidades cometidas s\u00e3o por m\u00e1-f\u00e9. No entanto, o estudo mostra que uma grande parte desses equ\u00edvocos acontece por desconhecimento das leis\u201d, explica o presidente da IOB, Gilberto Fischel. Segundo ele, falta de profissionais atualizados e falta de investimentos nos departamentos fiscais tamb\u00e9m causam erros.<br \/><\/em><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><em><strong><\/strong><\/em> <\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><em><strong>Principais problemas<\/strong><br \/>O estudo do IOB mostra que 82% das empresas t\u00eam cr\u00e9ditos do ICMS n\u00e3o utilizados. \u201cIsso representa cerca de R$ 200 milh\u00f5es de potencial benef\u00edcio n\u00e3o utilizado. Ou seja, essas empresas podem estar pagando mais impostos do que \u00e9 devido. Nesse caso, a empresa perdeu dinheiro\u201d, diz Fischel. Por sua vez, outras 75% utilizaram cr\u00e9ditos de forma indevida, o que pode resultar em autua\u00e7\u00e3o e, igualmente, preju\u00edzo financeiro. <\/em><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><em>A an\u00e1lise aponta tamb\u00e9m que 56% das empresas pesquisadas comercializaram com fornecedores ou clientes inabilitados por algum fisco, o que resulta em autua\u00e7\u00e3o.
