A BDO Trevisan ser\u00e1 contratada para fazer a auditoria. De acordo com comunicado postado ontem na Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) um relat\u00f3rio detalhado das responsabilidades apuradas deve ser apresentado no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 90 dias.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita pela Caixa de Previd\u00eancia dos Funcion\u00e1rios do Banco do Brasil (Previ) que queria explica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a pol\u00edtica financeira da companhia e detalhamento das opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras atreladas \u00e0 varia\u00e7\u00e3o cambial.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>Resultados negativos<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Por conta do preju\u00edzo com as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de derivativos de c\u00e2mbio, a Sadia amargou no terceiro trimestre do ano um preju\u00edzo de l\u00edquido de R$ 777,4 milh\u00f5es. Nos nove meses do ano, esse valor se dilui para R$ 442,6 milh\u00f5es. O valor ainda n\u00e3o contabiliza a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de perdas com os t\u00edtulos do banco Lehman Brothers, que vencem em setembro de 2009 mas que at\u00e9 o final do m\u00eas passado estavam estimadas em R$ 239,5 milh\u00f5es. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o inclui o volume de contratos de derivativos cambiais que venceram em outubro.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Al\u00e9m de insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o de acionistas, a alta exposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Sadia a opera\u00e7\u00f5es de derivativos cambiais tamb\u00e9m incomodou analistas de mercado. De acordo com Denise Messer, do Banco Brascan, apesar do forte crescimento de vendas, apresentado no balan\u00e7o do terceiro trimestre, o mercado ficou muito desconfort\u00e1vel com o fato de a companhia estar desenquadrada de sua pol\u00edtica de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a derivativos cambiais.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>At\u00e9 30 de setembro, esse tipo de contrato havia demandado R$ 970,2 milh\u00f5es de dep\u00f3sitos de margem da companhia. A empresa informou que ao final de setembro tinha em seu caixa aproximadamente R$ 2,3 bilh\u00f5es para fazer frente a potenciais chamadas de margem e garantir o fluxo operacional de seus pagamentos.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Ao final do terceiro trimestre deste ano, a Sadia tinha uma d\u00edvida l\u00edquida de R$ 4 bilh\u00f5es, o que significou um aumento de 86,2% quando comparado \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o ao final do trimestre anterior (fim de junho de 2008). A receita l\u00edquida da companhia no per\u00edodo foi de R$ 2,8 bilh\u00f5es, crescimento de 29,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo trimestre de 2007.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>A empresa continuou registrando desempenhos satisfat\u00f3rios nas vendas no mercado brasileiro, que cresceram 18,5% no trimestre e 13,3% de janeiro a setembro na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com iguais per\u00edodos de 2007.
