Os respons\u00e1veis pela \u00e1rea de inform\u00e1tica dos tribunais regionais e estaduais apontam a assinatura ou certifica\u00e7\u00e3o digitais como uma necessidade para que a informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o no Judici\u00e1rio brasileiro seja mais disseminada. “A assinatura digital garante a seguran\u00e7a e o rastreamento dos documentos judiciais. \u00c9 uma grande vantagem do processo eletr\u00f4nico”, diz o diretor da \u00e1rea no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, Cl\u00e1udio Augusto Pedrassi.<\/p>\n

Segundo J\u00falio Cosentino, vice-presidente de rela\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais da Certisign, empresa que emite certificados digitais, os tribunais do Pa\u00eds est\u00e3o procurando mais por essa tecnologia. A empresa fechou parceria com o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Roraima e Tribunal Superior do Trabalho. Al\u00e9m deles, os tribunais do Trabalho e da Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul, o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio de Janeiro e o Tribunal de Al\u00e7ada Criminal do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (Tacrim) j\u00e1 utilizam assinaturas digitais. “\u00c9 a \u00fanica maneira de dar autenticidade ao documentos eletr\u00f4nico”, afirma Cosentino. “\u00c9 poss\u00edvel instalar em todas as esferas e processos judiciais”, garante Cosentino.<\/em> <\/div>\n
