Foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, na \u00faltima quarta-feira (05), a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 109\/08 do Departamento Nacional de Registro do Com\u00e9rcio \u2013 DNRC<\/a><\/strong>, que regulamenta o Registro Mercantil Digital. De acordo com a norma, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os integrantes do Sistema Nacional de Registros de Empresas Mercantis – SINREM, como as Juntas Comerciais, adotar\u00e3o a tecnologia eletr\u00f4nica nos procedimentos de arquivamento, produ\u00e7\u00e3o, transmiss\u00e3o, despachos, delibera\u00e7\u00f5es, dentre outros.<\/p>\n

Para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o desses procedimentos ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1ria a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Certificado Digital, que, de acordo a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa, garantir\u00e1 diversas vantagens. Os usu\u00e1rios ter\u00e3o comodidade e agilidade na tramita\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de prazos no registro e facilidade de acesso a documentos digitais.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 as Juntas Comerciais contar\u00e3o com armazenamento de documentos em meios mais seguros, menos custos, menos tr\u00e2nsito de pap\u00e9is e diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de fraudes em documentos registrados.
Para o presidente da Fenacon, essa medida significa mais um grande passo contra a burocracia. \u201cA escritura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil digital, a escritura\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal digital e a nota fiscal eletr\u00f4nica j\u00e1 s\u00e3o uma realidade e, agora, podemos contar com mais essa mudan\u00e7a\u201d, completou.<\/p>\n
