Novos Obrigados para 2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicado no DOU de hoje (08.01.209) o ATO COTEPE\/ICMS N\u00ba 1, DE 7 DE JANEIRO DE 2009, que atualiza a rela\u00e7\u00e3o do contribuintes dos Anexo I, Anexo V, Anexo IX, Anexo X, Anexo XI, Anexo XV, Anexo XX, Anexo XXII e Anexo XXIV do Protocolo ICMS 77\/08, alterado pelo Ato COTEPE\/ICMS n\u00ba 46 de 21 de novembro de 2008, <strong>que disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade da Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal Digital &#8211; EFD<\/strong>, nos termos das cl\u00e1usulas terceira e oitava-A do Conv\u00eanio ICMS 143\/06, que instituiu a Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal Digital &#8211; EFD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Os Estados que ampliaram a lista de contribuintes obrigados a apresentar a Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal Digital &#8211; EFD foram:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anexo I &#8211; Estado do Acre, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo V &#8211; Estado da Bahia, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo IX &#8211; Estado do Maranh\u00e3o, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo X &#8211; Estado do Mato Grosso, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo XI &#8211; Estado do Mato Grosso do Sul, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo XV &#8211; Estado do Paran\u00e1, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo XX &#8211; Estado de Rond\u00f4nia, <\/li>\n<li>Anexo XXII &#8211; Estado de Santa Catarina e <\/li>\n<li>Anexo XXIV &#8211; Estado de Sergipe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De acordo com este novo Ato Cotepe os anexos atualizados estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis no s\u00edtio do CONFAZ (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fazenda.gov.br\/confaz\">www.fazenda.gov.br\/confaz<\/a>) identificado como &#8220;<strong>Lista_Atualizada_Jan2009_Obrigados_EFD_2009.pdf<\/strong>&#8221; e ter\u00e1 como chave de codifica\u00e7\u00e3o digital a seq\u00fc\u00eancia &#8220;0f50169873392672d7131a6d9d50d1f0&#8221;, obtida com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do algoritmo MD5 &#8211; &#8220;Message Digest&#8221;
