A lei n 11.638 determinou que essas companhias passassem a ser auditadas, mas o texto final acabou n\u00e3o tratando da quest\u00e3o da publica\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados. At\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, apenas as companhias abertas eram obrigadas a publicar os balan\u00e7os. &#8220;Ainda n\u00e3o se sabe se alguma empresa fechada apresentar\u00e1 os n\u00fameros&#8221;, diz Sergio Romani, s\u00f3cio da Ernst &amp; Young.<\/p>\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, uma liminar da Justi\u00e7a Federal de S\u00e3o Paulo suspendeu entendimento do Departamento Nacional de Registro do Com\u00e9rcio (DNRC), ligado ao Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento, que considerava facultativa a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de balan\u00e7o pelas sociedades limitadas. A Uni\u00e3o recorreu da decis\u00e3o. Por via das d\u00favidas, alguns analistas j\u00e1 se dedicam a folhear os jornais diariamente em busca dos n\u00fameros. Entre as limitadas de grande porte est\u00e3o as subsidi\u00e1rias de multinacionais, como as montadoras.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo Romani, ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados anuais das empresas, ser\u00e1 a vez de o mercado mostrar se est\u00e1 ou n\u00e3o preparado para entender os n\u00fameros. &#8220;Ser\u00e1 interessante acompanhar como os analistas lidar\u00e3o os dados&#8221;, diz.
