A SEC baixou normativo estabelcendo cronograma para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria do XBRL na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis das empresas de capital aberto.<\/p>\n

At\u00e9 2010, cerca de 1800 empresas abertas, devem respeitar a nova regra, e at\u00e9 2011 todas as empresas p\u00fablicas devem faz\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n

Durante seu primeiro ano de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o as empresas s\u00e3o obrigadas a usar XBRL para as tr\u00eas principais demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras: demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados, demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de fluxos de caixa e balan\u00e7o, bem como notas explicativas.<\/p>\n

Especialistas observam que o XBRL ser\u00e1 a grande linguagem das demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es elaboradas com base nos IFRS.<\/p>\n
