Vai postergar decis\u00f5es que podem exclu\u00ed-la do cen\u00e1rio corporativo e adotar o Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital (Sped) apenas quando estiver pr\u00f3ximo do prazo da obrigatoriedade? Cuidado! Pode n\u00e3o haver tempo h\u00e1bil para ajustes internos e implanta\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">A verdade \u00e9 que este pode ser o melhor momento em 70 anos &#8211; desde o &#8220;crash&#8221; da bolsa americana em 1929 &#8211; para se construir um \u00f3timo neg\u00f3cio, porque \u00e9 isso que acontece em momentos de turbul\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica. Nessas ocasi\u00f5es, empresas que mant\u00eam seu foco e fazem investimentos em infraestrutura que possibilitam alavancar receita quando a economia retomar seu ciclo de prosperidade saem \u00e0 frente.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Estudos realizados pela McGraw-Hill Research apontaram que as companhias que mantiveram (ou aumentaram) seus investimentos ao longo da recess\u00e3o de 1981\/82 tiveram uma m\u00e9dia de crescimento de vendas de 275% nos cinco anos seguintes e que as que cortaram investimentos de marketing e infraestrutura tiveram somente um crescimento de vendas de 19% nos mesmos cinco anos.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Agora n\u00e3o \u00e9 hora de recuar ou de diminuir investimentos. \u00c9 hora de mudar, adequar-se e avan\u00e7ar com mais confian\u00e7a e certeza.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">O projeto Sped passar\u00e1 a ser obrigat\u00f3rio para muitas empresas no Brasil em 2009 e as mesmas dever\u00e3o se adequar a esta nova realidade digital, j\u00e1 que o sistema fiscal tradicional est\u00e1 com seus dias contados por envolver altos custos, erros de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, lentid\u00e3o nos processos e inseguran\u00e7a nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, entre outras defici\u00eancias.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Para atender \u00e0 nova lei ser\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios investimentos em tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o (TI), seguran\u00e7a, nos processos de gest\u00e3o e automa\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos fiscais. Muitas empresas ainda n\u00e3o iniciaram os trabalhos para se adequarem \u00e0s novas regras fiscais e o mais alarmante \u00e9 que ainda n\u00e3o sabem que est\u00e3o na obrigatoriedade e, quando sabem, n\u00e3o tratam o assunto com a devida import\u00e2ncia.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Em 2009, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 intensificada principalmente junto \u00e0s empresas que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o na obrigatoriedade e ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e3o cumprindo a nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Quando essas companhias decidirem iniciar o desenvolvimento das solu\u00e7\u00f5es ou buscar sistemas j\u00e1 prontos no mercado, poder\u00e1 ser tarde. A emiss\u00e3o de NF-e (Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica) \u00e9 um processo cr\u00edtico, assim como as demais obrigatoriedades do Sped. Por isso, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o destes sistemas rapidamente, sem uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada do processo sist\u00eamico da empresa antes de integrar qualquer solu\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Quem optar por uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o pronta tem grandes chances de gerar informa\u00e7\u00f5es inconsistentes que podem n\u00e3o estar em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, sem mencionar problemas t\u00e9cnicos e operacionais de sistemas e performance.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Nesse momento, \u00e9 fundamental avaliar o novo sistema a partir de alguns questionamentos. Por exemplo, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel mensurar as perdas financeiras devido a n\u00e3o emiss\u00e3o de NF-e por um dia? E por v\u00e1rios dias? Os concorrentes que j\u00e1 implantaram obriga\u00e7\u00f5es digitais ter\u00e3o abocanhado fatias significativas de mercado? Como?<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Empresas que emitem suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais digitais dar\u00e3o prefer\u00eancia a transa\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais com empresas que j\u00e1 utilizam sistemas fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos devido \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 o impacto no processo de entrada de notas fiscais em papel, economia com impress\u00e3o e armazenamento desses pap\u00e9is e os lan\u00e7amentos e auditorias no final do processo.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">J\u00e1 no processo eletr\u00f4nico, o sistema dever\u00e1 receber a NF-e, consultar a validade da mesma na Secretaria da Receita Federal (SRF), al\u00e9m de efetuar os lan\u00e7amentos cont\u00e1beis, tudo eletronicamente.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">As empresas com sistemas digitais estar\u00e3o cercadas de seguran\u00e7a nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 que seus sistemas eletr\u00f4nicos dever\u00e3o acessar bases de consulta de cadastros, antes da emiss\u00e3o da NF-e para validar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o do CNPJ e I.E. do comprador.
