Com esse valor, que equivale a 32% do Or\u00e7amento da Uni\u00e3o previsto para este ano, seria poss\u00edvel construir 10 mil CEUs (centros educacionais da Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo com biblioteca, teatro e centro esportivo). O montante que deixou de ser recolhido decorre de receita de R$ 1,32 trilh\u00e3o n\u00e3o declarada aos fiscos.<\/p>\n<p>A estimativa \u00e9 de estudo do IBPT (Instituto Brasileiro de Planejamento Tribut\u00e1rio), que utilizou como base uma amostra de 9.925 empresas autuadas entre 2006 e 2008. A alta carga tribut\u00e1ria -que representa 36,5% do PIB (Produto Interno Bruto) do pa\u00eds- \u00e9 apontada como o principal motivo para o elevado n\u00edvel de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>A ind\u00fastria \u00e9 indicada no estudo do IBPT como o setor com mais ind\u00edcios de driblar o pagamento de impostos, seguida pelo com\u00e9rcio e pelos servi\u00e7os.
