{"id":2542,"date":"2009-04-29T10:36:00","date_gmt":"2009-04-29T10:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2009\/04\/29\/aprovada-resolucao-sobre-o-microempreendedor-individual\/"},"modified":"2009-04-29T10:36:00","modified_gmt":"2009-04-29T10:36:00","slug":"aprovada-resolucao-sobre-o-microempreendedor-individual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2009\/04\/29\/aprovada-resolucao-sobre-o-microempreendedor-individual\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprovada resolu\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o microempreendedor individual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Comit\u00ea Gestor do Simples Nacional aprovou em reuni\u00e3o, na \u00faltima segunda-feira (27), a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN n\u00ba 58, sobre o Microempreendedor Individual \u2013 MEI que produzir\u00e1 efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba de julho de 2009.<\/p>\n<p>A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de enquadramento, recolhimento, contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empregado, realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o-de-obra, desenquadramento e a rela\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades que se enquadram na nova categoria.<\/p>\n<p>Para se inscrever como MEI \u00e9 preciso ser optante pelo Simples Nacional e ter receita bruta no ano-calend\u00e1rio anterior de at\u00e9 R$ 36.000,00.
