{"id":2494,"date":"2009-06-17T19:20:00","date_gmt":"2009-06-17T19:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2009\/06\/17\/carga-tributaria-no-brasil-chega-a-3845-do-pib-no-primeiro-trimestre\/"},"modified":"2009-06-17T19:20:00","modified_gmt":"2009-06-17T19:20:00","slug":"carga-tributaria-no-brasil-chega-a-3845-do-pib-no-primeiro-trimestre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2009\/06\/17\/carga-tributaria-no-brasil-chega-a-3845-do-pib-no-primeiro-trimestre\/","title":{"rendered":"Carga tribut\u00e1ria no Brasil chega a 38,45% do PIB no primeiro trimestre"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>A carga tribut\u00e1ria no Brasil, que \u00e9 a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e o PIB (Produto Interno Bruto), chegou a 38,45% no primeiro trimestre deste ano, resultado de uma arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de tributos federais, estudais e municipais na ordem de R$ 263,22 bilh\u00f5es, de acordo com dados do IBPT (Instituto Brasileiro de Planejamento Tribut\u00e1rio). <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>Divulgado nesta quarta-feira (17), o levantamento mostrou que a carga tribut\u00e1ria do primeiro trimestre do ano passado foi de 38,95%, quando o pagamento de tributos nas tr\u00eas esferas somou R$ 259,22 bilh\u00f5es. <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>Na compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre os dois per\u00edodos, os tributos federais apresentaram recuo de R$ 55 milh\u00f5es em seu recolhimento, enquanto os estaduais e municipais cresceram R$ 4,24 bilh\u00f5es e R$ 30 milh\u00f5es, respectivamente. <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/strong> <\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>Trimestres <\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>&#8220;Tradicionalmente, \u00e9 no primeiro trimestre de cada ano que a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o atinge seu maior n\u00edvel&#8221;, afirmou o presidente do IBPT, Gilberto Luiz do Amaral. <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>Isso acontece, segundo explicou, porque \u00e9 nesse momento que se cobra um grande n\u00famero de tributos, como o Imposto de Renda, IPVA (Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Ve\u00edculos Automotores) e IPTU (Imposto Predial Territorial Urbano). Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m existe a cobran\u00e7a de impostos referentes a dezembro do ano anterior, como o ICMS (Imposto sobre a Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/strong> <\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>Tributos<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\"><em>A Cofins (Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o Financiamento da Seguridade Social) apresentou o maior recuo nominal entre os primeiros tr\u00eas meses de 2008 e 2009, de R$ 3,22 bilh\u00f5es.
