S\u00c3O PAULO – A esmagadora maioria dos executivos de finan\u00e7as e autoridades governamentais das Am\u00e9ricas, especificamente 90% deles, considera que a era de lucros e margens de retorno alto ficaram no passado. \u00c9 isso o que mostra o estudo \u201cEm Dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Transpar\u00eancia e Sustentabilidade: Construindo a Nova Ordem Financeira\u201d, divulgado nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (17) pela IBM.<\/p>\n

Conforme os dados, coletados pelo Institute for Business Value (IBV), da IBM, esses profissionais enxergam a import\u00e2ncia de eliminar a complexidade e o excesso das atividades. No entanto, cerca de 70% desses executivos temem que se essa reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o for conduzida de forma eficaz, poder\u00e1 prejudicar o processo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A an\u00e1lise contou com 2.754 participantes dos mercados de capitais, incluindo 1.076 investidores individuais e 1.678 executivos e autoridades do setor p\u00fablico, sendo 45 CEOs da Am\u00e9rica Latina, para determinar como as empresas do mercado financeiro devem se preparar para o futuro.<\/p>\n

O estudo prev\u00ea uma consolida\u00e7\u00e3o significativa nos setores que operavam com capacidade excessiva, como atividade banc\u00e1ria de investimento, gerenciamento de ativos e de riquezas.<\/p>\n

A an\u00e1lise aponta ainda tr\u00eas \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o com chances de emergir diante da nova condi\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica:<\/p>\n

Transacionadores Beta: agrupar\u00e1 a maioria das empresas financeiras que se concentrar\u00e3o em servi\u00e7os utilit\u00e1rios (com\u00e9rcio, gerenciamento de ativos etc);
Conselheiros: um n\u00famero menor de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es se concentrar\u00e1 em aconselhar empresas sobre temas como gerenciamento de riquezas, fus\u00f5es e aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es;
Buscadores Alfa: poucas empresas de capital privado, fundos de hedge e casas de investimento concentrar\u00e3o sua gera\u00e7\u00e3o de alto retorno a partir de investimentos de alto risco.
Segundo Rafael Dan Schur, gerente do Centro de Solu\u00e7\u00f5es para a Ind\u00fastria Financeira da IBM na Am\u00e9rica Latina, essas tr\u00eas tend\u00eancias est\u00e3o acionando uma onda de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o em uma escala jamais vista.<\/p>\n

\u201cA nova ind\u00fastria n\u00e3o s\u00f3 deixar\u00e1 de ter alguns dos grandes nomes do passado, como tamb\u00e9m perder\u00e1 muitas de suas antigas caracter\u00edsticas, como assumir riscos excessivos, falta de transpar\u00eancia e obten\u00e7\u00e3o de alt\u00edssimos retornos explorando nichos de mercado com baixa regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o”, disse.<\/div>\n
