{"id":2490,"date":"2009-06-19T14:53:00","date_gmt":"2009-06-19T14:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2009\/06\/19\/cfc-e-banco-mundial-discutem-projeto\/"},"modified":"2009-06-19T14:53:00","modified_gmt":"2009-06-19T14:53:00","slug":"cfc-e-banco-mundial-discutem-projeto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2009\/06\/19\/cfc-e-banco-mundial-discutem-projeto\/","title":{"rendered":"CFC e Banco Mundial discutem Projeto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;color:#000000;\">Representantes do Banco Mundial (Banco Internacional para a Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o e o Desenvolvimento &#8211; Bird) estiveram no Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC), no dia 17 de junho, para participar de reuni\u00e3o com a presidente do CFC, Maria Clara Cavalcante Bugarim; com o vice-presidente de Desenvolvimento Operacional, Juarez Domingues Carneiro; com o vice-presidente de Desenvolvimento Profissional, Jos\u00e9 Martonio Alves Coelho; e com a coordenadora da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o das Normas Brasileiras aplicadas ao Setor P\u00fablico, conselheira Ver\u00f4nica Cunha de Souto Maior.<\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o teve por objetivo discutir o Projeto de Transfer\u00eancia de Conhecimentos Cont\u00e1beis entre Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa, desenvolvido pelo CFC em parceria com a C\u00e2mara dos T\u00e9cnicos Oficiais de Contas (CTOC) de Portugal, e a 3\u00aa Confer\u00eancia sobre Contabilidade e Responsabilidade para o Crescimento Econ\u00f4mico Regional (CReCER), que ser\u00e1 realizada de 23 a 25 de setembro, em S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>Esse projeto foi apresentado ao Bird no dia 14 de abril, durante reuni\u00e3o realizada em Washington (EUA). Na ocasi\u00e3o, segundo o vice-presidente de Desenvolvimento Operacional do CFC, membros daquela institui\u00e7\u00e3o internacional manifestaram interesse pelo Projeto, principalmente porque o Banco Mundial pretende investir na regula\u00e7\u00e3o da contabilidade de pa\u00edses como Angola e Mo\u00e7ambique.<\/p>\n<p>Na reuni\u00e3o que aconteceu no CFC, os representantes do Bird apresentaram um diagn\u00f3stico da \u00e1rea cont\u00e1bil desses pa\u00edses africanos e discutiram a forma como o CFC poder\u00e1 auxiliar na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho, com base no Projeto de Transfer\u00eancia de Conhecimentos Cont\u00e1beis entre Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CReCER pretende reunir mil participantes<\/strong><br \/>O evento \u00e9 promovido pelo Banco Mundial, Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID) e Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Contadores (Ifac, na sigla em ingl\u00eas). Contando com o apoio do Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC) na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o desta terceira edi\u00e7\u00e3o da confer\u00eancia, os organizadores esperam reunir cerca de mil participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Principal economia da Am\u00e9rica Latina, o Brasil tem progredido significativamente nas \u00e1reas de Contabilidade e de Auditoria. Segundo as entidades organizadoras do evento, uma das mais not\u00e1veis melhorias verificadas no Pa\u00eds \u00e9 a decis\u00e3o dos principais reguladores do setor financeiro de requererem a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das Normas Internacionais de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Financeira (IFRS) a partir de 2010. Banco Mundial, BID e Ifac tamb\u00e9m destacam os avan\u00e7os ocorridos no setor p\u00fablico, uma vez que o Governo federal anunciou planos para adequar as suas pr\u00e1ticas cont\u00e1beis \u00e0s Normas Internacionais de Contabilidade para o Setor P\u00fablico (IPSAS) at\u00e9 2012. Tanto no Brasil como nos demais pa\u00edses da Am\u00e9rica Latina, os organizadores do CReCER pretendem estimular a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional entre supervisores e reguladores financeiros e aumentar esfor\u00e7os para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de normas internacionais.
