O tribunal publicou no Di\u00e1rio de Justi\u00e7a eletr\u00f4nico 22 propostas de s\u00famulas vinculantes &#8211; as chamadas PSVs &#8211; sobre temas diversos para consulta p\u00fablica. No total, s\u00e3o 10 mat\u00e9rias tribut\u00e1rias, 7 trabalhistas, 3 penais, 1 eleitoral e 1 na \u00e1rea de direito do consumidor, que ficaram \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o de interessados at\u00e9 o dia 17 de junho. Muitas das propostas receberam manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es, em especial de advogados, mas dois deles chamaram mais a aten\u00e7\u00e3o do meio jur\u00eddico: a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da isen\u00e7\u00e3o da Cofins para as sociedades de profissionais liberais e o veto ao direito de uso de cr\u00e9ditos envolvendo mercadorias isentas ou com al\u00edquota zero de IPI.
