A administra\u00e7\u00e3o da GM continua lembrando os investidores da sua forte convic\u00e7\u00e3o de que n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 um valor para os acionistas ordin\u00e1rios no processo de fal\u00eancia, mesmo sob o mais otimista dos cen\u00e1rios. Acionistas de uma empresa no cap\u00edtulo 11 geralmente s\u00f3 recebem valor se todas as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa, credores com ou sem garantia, estiverem plenamente cumpridas.
