Proposta segue para a CCJ<\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">A Comiss\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, Ind\u00fastria e Com\u00e9rcio aprovou, na \u00faltima quarta-feira (15), o Projeto de Lei <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.camara.gov.br\/internet\/homeagencia\/materias.html?pk=130419\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">4272\/08<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">,<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> que obriga as empresas de grande porte &#8211; com ativo total superior a R$ 240 milh\u00f5es ou receita bruta anual superior a R$ 300 milh\u00f5es &#8211; a publicar suas demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.Segundo o autor do projeto, deputado licenciado Rodovalho (DEM-DF), a maioria das grandes empresas brasileiras possui uma estrutura predominantemente familiar e apresenta resist\u00eancia cultural hist\u00f3rica \u00e0 divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es corporativas.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">O relator do projeto, deputado Edson Ezequiel (PMDB-RJ), lembra que a Lei 11.638\/07 j\u00e1 exige que as sociedades de grande porte obede\u00e7am \u00e0s normas sobre escritura\u00e7\u00e3o, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o das demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e auditoria independente aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0s sociedades por a\u00e7\u00f5es.
