O documento dever\u00e1 ser divulgado o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel para acabar com a inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica gerada com a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o contr\u00e1ria do Fisco que, mesmo sem citar o nome da estatal, condenou a op\u00e7\u00e3o.
