Por muito tempo, rir e divertir-se estiveram relacionados apenas aos momentos de lazer e \u00e0s rela\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais, e n\u00e3o ao ambiente de trabalho. Afinal, neg\u00f3cios s\u00e3o s\u00e9rios e a divers\u00e3o pode distrair os funcion\u00e1rios, prejudicando suas performances.<\/p>\n

Por\u00e9m, esse conceito pode estar chegando ao final. Isso porque um estudo feito pela Universidade de Bocconi, em Mil\u00e3o, com 1.860 pessoas da It\u00e1lia, Fran\u00e7a, Alemanha, Gr\u00e3-Bretanha, Estados Unidos, R\u00fassia e Jap\u00e3o, mostrou que 98% usam o humor no trabalho e 99% o apreciam.<\/p>\n

O levantamento tamb\u00e9m indicou que os trabalhadores se sentem mais motivados e com a moral alta, quando h\u00e1 humor no escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n

Mas o humor \u00e9 diferente em cada pa\u00eds e cultura. Enquanto na It\u00e1lia e Fran\u00e7a os trabalhadores usam temas como sexo e religi\u00e3o, em locais como Estados Unidos e Alemanha esses assuntos s\u00e3o quase tabus.<\/p>\n

Marco Sampietro, autor da pesquisa, ressalta tamb\u00e9m que o chefe que possui bom humor e consegue fazer seus funcion\u00e1rios rir consegue se fortalecer e exercer uma lideran\u00e7a mais eficaz na empresa.<\/p>\n

“Mais especificamente, melhor do que simplesmente divertir os outros, o l\u00edder de sucesso permite e facilita o desenvolvimento de um ambiente para a express\u00e3o de humor, melhorando o clima no trabalho e reduzindo o estresse”, afirmou o pesquisador em um artigo publicado pela universidade.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o bom humor pode ser usado para resolver e diminuir conflitos no escrit\u00f3rio. Uma mensagem passada com humor \u00e9 menos ofensiva e direta, al\u00e9m de tirar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o do conflito e tornar poss\u00edvel enxerg\u00e1-lo de uma maneira diferente.<\/p>\n

Por\u00e9m, isso n\u00e3o significa que tudo deve ser tratado com piadas e risadas. Como lembra Sampietro, o bom humor pode diminuir a percep\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos, e, quando a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realmente cr\u00edtica, \u00e9 melhor deix\u00e1-lo de lado.<\/p>\n
