A falha se repete desde 2002, per\u00edodo durante o qual pode ter sido sacado do bolso do consumidor uma cifra estimada em R$ 7 bilh\u00f5es, revela reportagem de Agnaldo Brito publicada na edi\u00e7\u00e3o deste domingo na Folha (a \u00edntegra da coluna est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para assinantes do jornal e do UOL).<\/p>\n<p>O governo sabe do problema h\u00e1 dois anos, mas n\u00e3o fez nada para resolv\u00ea-lo. Todos os consumidores regulares das concession\u00e1rias de energia el\u00e9trica t\u00eam preju\u00edzo. Atualmente, o Brasil tem 63 milh\u00f5es de liga\u00e7\u00f5es distribu\u00eddas em 63 companhias no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A Aneel (Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Energia El\u00e9trica), respons\u00e1vel pelos c\u00e1lculos, admite que o erro faz o consumidor pagar valores indevidos \u00e0s concession\u00e1rias desde 2002, mas diz que n\u00e3o pode exigir ressarcimento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;[Ficar com o dinheiro] \u00e9 eticamente discut\u00edvel, mas isso que as distribuidoras est\u00e3o fazendo \u00e9 o que legalmente est\u00e1 constitu\u00eddo.
