A Deloitte anunciou em maio a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da Nexia Villas Rodil. A lei causou constrangimento, j\u00e1 que obriga as auditorias a abrir suas contas para um poss\u00edvel concorrente. Segundo Henrique Luz, s\u00f3cio da PwC, isso dificultou a escolha. &#8220;Al\u00e9m disso, quer\u00edamos uma firma de renome.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Fundada em 2002 por Taiki Hirashima, ex-s\u00f3cio da Arthur Andersen, a Hirashima \u00e9 especializada em opera\u00e7\u00f5es societ\u00e1rias.
