Este \u00e9 o tamanho do calhama\u00e7o que vai virar o livro de cabeceira dos auditores e contadores brasileiros nos pr\u00f3ximos meses. Trata-se da tradu\u00e7\u00e3o oficial das normas internacionais de contabilidade, conhecidas como IFRS, para o portugu\u00eas do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>A publica\u00e7\u00e3o foi lan\u00e7ada oficialmente ontem pelo Instituto dos Auditores Independentes do Brasil (Ibracon), que j\u00e1 vendeu previamente 1.610 c\u00f3pias para grandes firmas de auditoria. A tiragem foi de 4 mil exemplares.<\/p>\n<p>Ao todo, foram 3 mil horas de trabalho, com o envolvimento de 35 profissionais, sob coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Jos\u00e9 Luiz R. Carvalho, diretor do Ibracon e s\u00f3cio da KPMG. O custo total do projeto foi de R$ 1,2 milh\u00e3o, incluindo tradu\u00e7\u00e3o, revis\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, revis\u00e3o gramatical, editora\u00e7\u00e3o e publica\u00e7\u00e3o. A verba veio do Comit\u00ea de Pronunciamentos Cont\u00e1beis (CPC) e do Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico e Social (BNDES), cuja diretoria deve aprovar a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos nesta semana, segundo a presidente do Ibracon, Ana Mar\u00eda Elorrieta. A partir da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, o projeto prev\u00ea atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es anuais, que dever\u00e3o incluir as revis\u00f5es que forem feitas pelo International Accounting Standards Board (Iasb) &#8211; \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pelo IFRS &#8211; no texto original.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da tradu\u00e7\u00e3o dos pronunciamentos emitidos pelo Iasb, que tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 foi feita tamb\u00e9m pelo CPC, Carvalho explica que a publica\u00e7\u00e3o traz ainda orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para os contadores e auditores aplicarem as normas, bases para as conclus\u00f5es e exemplos ilustrativos. O livro pode ser comprado em uma loja virtual no site do Ibracon por R$ 130.<\/p>\n<p>A import\u00e2ncia da tradu\u00e7\u00e3o das normas internacionais para o portugu\u00eas \u00e9 grande, j\u00e1 que a partir do exerc\u00edcio social de 2010 as companhias abertas registradas na Comiss\u00e3o de valores mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) ser\u00e3o obrigadas a publicar o Balan\u00e7o consolidado conforme o IFRS.<\/p>\n<p>No caso das empresas fechadas e pequenas e m\u00e9dias, tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 um processo de converg\u00eancia cont\u00e1bil, mas em um n\u00edvel menos detalhado.<\/p>\n<p>Seguindo procedimento adotado pelo Iasb, o CPC e o Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC) colocaram em audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica na semana passada um conjunto de normas cont\u00e1beis a ser adotado por empresas de menor porte.<\/p>\n<p>Entram nessa categoria todas as empresas que &#8220;n\u00e3o tenham obriga\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas&#8221; pelo fato de terem valores mobili\u00e1rios como a\u00e7\u00f5es ou d\u00edvida em negocia\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso inclui todas as empresas fechadas (mesmo que sejam sociedades por a\u00e7\u00f5es e publiquem balan\u00e7o), excluindo-se aquelas que foram classificadas como de grande porte pela Lei 11.638, que s\u00e3o as que possuem ativo total superior a R$ 240 milh\u00f5es ou receita bruta anual acima de R$ 300 milh\u00f5es. Tamb\u00e9m ficam de fora do grupo institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras fiscalizadas pelo Banco Central (BC) e seguradoras supervisionadas pela Susep.<\/p>\n<p>Bem mais simples e enxuto que a vers\u00e3o completa, o pronunciamento tem ao todo 228 p\u00e1ginas. Os agentes interessados em comentar a minuta t\u00eam at\u00e9 o dia 27 de novembro para se manifestar. Ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva do texto, o CFC emitir\u00e1 uma norma tornando compuls\u00f3ria a ado\u00e7\u00e3o dessas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es por todos os contadores do pa\u00eds.
