Para fazer bom uso da Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Cont\u00e1bil Digital (ECD), um dos tr\u00eas pilares do Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital, \u00e9 preciso tomar quatro cuidados b\u00e1sicos. O alerta \u00e9 de Marcos Apostolo, especialista em assuntos tribut\u00e1rios e diretor da Rede Nacional de Contabilidade (RNC).<\/p>\n

Os passos apontados s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    Desenvolver hist\u00f3ricos cont\u00e1beis objetivos, descrevendo de maneira clara os fatos ocorridos. O foco deve estar na qualidade dos dados enviados, lembrando que n\u00e3o se trata apenas de um arquivo magn\u00e9tico, mas da escritura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil da entidade; <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n
    Realizar a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas cont\u00e1beis, folha de pagamento, contas a receber, contas a pagar, patrim\u00f4nio, setor de compras, estoques etc.; <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n
    O sistema da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o deve permitir a valida\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es que antecipem as consist\u00eancias e os cruzamentos feitos pelo Sped antes do envio dos dados; <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n
    Fortalecer os sistemas de controle internos e cont\u00e1beis com o trabalho de auditoria externa, com minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos e maior adequa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es antes do envio \u00e0 Receita Federal. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As empresas de lucro real com acompanhamento econ\u00f4mico e tribut\u00e1rio diferenciado tinham at\u00e9 30 de junho deste ano para entregar do Sped Cont\u00e1bil. J\u00e1 para as demais empresas tributadas pelo lucro real, a obrigatoriedade \u00e9 a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2009, sendo que o prazo de entrega Sped Cont\u00e1bil vai at\u00e9 o dia 30 de junho de 2010.<\/p>\n
