Este ano, o projeto passou a valer para um n\u00famero ainda restrito de empresas selecionadas pelo Fisco. Em 2010, entra na reta final de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o, abrangendo maior n\u00famero de companhias &#8211; s\u00f3 <strong>no Sped cont\u00e1bil, passa de 8 mil para 180 mil contr<\/strong>ibuintes &#8211; e levando-as a uma verdadeira opera\u00e7\u00e3o de guerra em seus departamentos tribut\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2010 \u00e9 o ano de entrada da grande massa de empresas\u201d, diz Jos\u00e9 Othon de Almeida, s\u00f3cio-l\u00edder da Deloitte para o Sped. <strong>No Sped fiscal, pelo menos 4,7 mil estabelecimentos se somar\u00e3o aos atuais 29 mil que j\u00e1 fazem parte do sistema<\/strong>. Na<strong> nota fiscal eletr\u00f4nica, outra frente do projeto da Receita, o n\u00famero de contribuintes pessoas jur\u00eddicas vai mais que dobrar no pr\u00f3ximo ano, chegando a 80% dos de CNPJs no Pa\u00eds<\/strong>. \u201cO sistema j\u00e1 est\u00e1 maduro e dificilmente devem ocorrer posterga\u00e7\u00f5es (por parte da Receita).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A obrigatoriedade vale para empreendimentos de todos os portes, desde que optantes pelo regime tribut\u00e1rio de lucro real. Elas passam a ter de enviar mensalmente o registro de apura\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos \u00e0 Receita, e a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos livros cont\u00e1beis por arquivos digitais. Isso muda a forma de apura\u00e7\u00e3o e processamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias. \u201cA adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao Sped envolveu n\u00e3o apenas a \u00e1rea fiscal, mas de tecnologia de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, log\u00edstica, recebimento e faturamento\u201d, diz Mariana Celina, da \u00e1rea de finan\u00e7as da Dupont, multinacional da \u00e1rea qu\u00edmica e agr\u00edcola. Selecionada pelo Fisco no ano passado, ela conseguiu se adaptar no prazo exigido &#8211; junho e setembro de 2009 para o Sped cont\u00e1bil e fiscal, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo os especialistas, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio se antecipar pelo menos um ano. \u201cAs empresas obrigadas no pr\u00f3ximo ano que ainda n\u00e3o se prepararam podem ter problemas\u201d, alerta o gerente tribut\u00e1rio da consultoria IOB, Jos\u00e9 Adriano Pinto. Neste ano, conta ele, a maior parte das companhias conseguiu atender o prazo do Fisco, mas precisou fazer altera\u00e7\u00f5es no conte\u00fado transmitido. As retifica\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser evitadas. \u201cCorre-se o risco de \u2018despertar\u2019 a Receita para uma an\u00e1lise mais detalhada.\u201d As multas para quem n\u00e3o cumprir os prazos tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o pesadas, diz.<\/p>\n<p>A revis\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es cadastrais tem sido a maior dificuldade das empresas na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sped. \u201cO novo sistema acabou nos levando a \u2018arrumar a casa\u2019. Passamos a ter mais rigor e aten\u00e7\u00e3o no preenchimento dos cadastros de clientes e fornecedores\u201d, diz Rog\u00e9rio Martins, diretor financeiro da Vonpar, do setor de bebidas, que aderiu ao programa este ano. O trabalho incluiu ainda treinamento de funcion\u00e1rios e adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de tecnologia de informa\u00e7\u00e3o (TI) da companhia. Cerca de R$ 700 mil reais foram investidos pela Vonpar no projeto.<\/p>\n<p>Na Bombril, a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o exigiu esfor\u00e7o semelhante.
