O executivo, tamb\u00e9m representante das Secretarias  da Fazenda estaduais no Encontro Nacional dos Coordenadores de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o  Tribut\u00e1ria (ENCAT), estava em evento voltado ao desenvolvimento de t\u00e9cnicas de  gest\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>De acordo com Bahia, o ENCAT j\u00e1 realizou duas reuni\u00f5es com o Centro  Interamericano, que congrega pa\u00edses como Argentina, Chile, Col\u00f4mbia, M\u00e9xico e  Venezuela, para falar sobre a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo unificado de NF-e na Am\u00e9rica  Latina. A pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o, que deveria ocorrer neste quarto trimestre no M\u00e9xico,  foi adiada para os tr\u00eas primeiros meses de 2010, por conta da gripe su\u00edna. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cA ideia \u00e9 produzirmos em 2010 as diretrizes de um documento de NF-e \u00fanico,  baseado no modelo brasileiro, case de sucesso no mundo. Ele ser\u00e1 utilizado  voluntariamente por pa\u00edses que quiserem aderir, medida que dever\u00e1 contribuir  para a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio entre as na\u00e7\u00f5es da regi\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou Bahia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cAs negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com M\u00e9xico, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Equador e Col\u00f4mbia est\u00e3o  mais avan\u00e7adas. Como o modelo no Brasil \u00e9 bem visto na regi\u00e3o, esses pa\u00edses  est\u00e3o muito interessados em conhec\u00ea-lo melhor para, eventualmente, implant\u00e1-lo\u201d,  disse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>J\u00e1 para a pr\u00f3xima fase da NF-e no Pa\u00eds, Bahia afirma que seu governo est\u00e1 em  fase piloto de um projeto com associa\u00e7\u00f5es e empresas de combust\u00edvel. A vers\u00e3o  2.0 do projeto envolve o conceito paperless, hoje n\u00e3o implementado totalmente no  Brasil, que ainda emite a primeira via do Danfe em papel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cEm 17 de janeiro de 2010, a Bahia passar\u00e1 a utilizar a segunda fase da NF-e,  com modelo de radiofreq\u00fc\u00eancia.
