A opini\u00e3o \u00e9 do gerente s\u00eanior da PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bruno Porto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Cadastro de clientes e de fornecedores desatualizados, duplicidade de dados e falta de regras eficazes na hora de efetuar os registros no sistema s\u00e3o alguns dos obst\u00e1culos enfrentados. \u201c<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">O problema do cadastramento \u00e9 resultado de uma gest\u00e3o interna de processos que precisa ser melhorada. A NF-e demanda informa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o essenciais nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e que deveriam estar em conformidade independentemente do sistema<\/span>\u201d, disse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Para resolver essas quest\u00f5es, Porto recomenda que seja feita uma reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza na base de dados. \u201c<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">\u00c9 preciso atualizar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantemente e garantir que a inser\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema tenha regras claras e procedimentos mais eficientes. Investimentos em tecnologia tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o essenciais para concretizar isso. Quanto mais automatizada estiver, menor a chance de erro<\/span>\u201d, explicou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:arial;\" >\u201c<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Como o Sped foi criado para gerar dados real time, a qualidade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser priorizada pelo CFO.
