Ao todo, os lan\u00e7amentos s\u00e3o referentes a 391 NF-e canceladas e atingem 168 contribuintes. A fraude detectada consistiu na emiss\u00e3o do documento fiscal para a retirada de mercadoria do Estado e ap\u00f3s sua devida entrega ao destinat\u00e1rio, o contribuinte ter efetuado o cancelamento do documento com \u00fanico objetivo de n\u00e3o pagar os impostos devidos.<\/p>\n<p>Em todos os casos flagrados pelo Fisco estadual, a encomenda passou pelo posto fiscal tendo seu tr\u00e2nsito devidamente registrado eletronicamente. &#8216;A Sefaz possui a hora exata em que as mercadorias deixaram o Estado e o servidor que fez a checagem das notas garantindo que elas realmente sa\u00edram do Estado. O contribuinte que ap\u00f3s entregar a mercadoria cancelou a Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica cometeu um crime contra a ordem econ\u00f4mica&#8217;, destacou o secret\u00e1rio de Fazenda, Eder Moraes.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o superintendente de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Desconcentrada da Sefaz, Jefferson Delgado, as 391 NF-e canceladas ap\u00f3s o registro de passagem em opera\u00e7\u00f5es interestaduais com emitente no Mato Grosso est\u00e3o compreendidas no per\u00edodo de agosto de 2008 a janeiro de 2010. Toda a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e detec\u00e7\u00e3o das fraudes foram feitas por meio de cruzamentos de dados entre a base de notas fiscais, o banco de dados de registro de passagem da Sefaz e da Secretaria da Receita Federal (SRF\/MF).<\/p>\n<p>Para se chegar ao resultado, foram pesquisados tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es de registros de passagem, tarefa que necessitou de quatro dias ininterruptos de processamento de dados. Para combater novas fraudes deste tipo, a Sefaz j\u00e1 implementou o monitoramento em tempo real das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de passagem e cancelamento.<\/p>\n<p>Os R$ 80 milh\u00f5es est\u00e3o suspensos at\u00e9 o momento. Ap\u00f3s o contribuinte receber a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o via Correios \u00e9 estipulado 30 dias para a quita\u00e7\u00e3o ou reclama\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o d\u00e9bito.
