Portanto, se a Comiss\u00e3o concluir at\u00e9 2011 a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o das IFRS nos EAU, a primeira vez que as empresas americanas informariam com base no nova sistem\u00e1tica n\u00e3o seria antes de 2015. A SEC ainda est\u00e1 elaborando o Plano de Trabalho de converg\u00eancias onde ser\u00e1 avaliado esse cronograma.<\/span><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Fico a questionar como podemos aqui no Brasil migrar com tanta rapidez se os americanos, refer\u00eancia mundial em sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, e elogiados por uns como os que at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o tinham uma excelente normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil, est\u00e3o empurrando o m\u00e1ximo que podem a ado\u00e7\u00e3o das IFRS. Ou somos muito bons, e n\u00e3o d\u00e1vamos conta disto, ou corremos o risco de cometer algumas s\u00e9rias derrapagens na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00f3ximos demonstrativos cont\u00e1beis das sociedades an\u00f4nimas e de grande porte. O prazo pode ser revisto. Em 2008, a SEC prop\u00f4s um guia para deixar que as companhias com valor de mercado acima de US$ 700 milh\u00f5es abandonem os padr\u00f5es do US Gaap at\u00e9 2014.<\/p>\n<p>O Iasb \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o mais representativo internacionalmente no que diz respeito a contabilidade, com cerca de cem pa\u00edses adotando suas indica\u00e7\u00f5es. <strong>No Brasil, as demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis dentro do modelo internacional s\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rias <span style=\"color:#ff0000;\">a partir de 2010, tendo 2009 ajustado para base comparativa.<\/span><\/strong> O \u00f3rg\u00e3o foi nomeado pelo G-20 para supervisionar o desenvolvimento de um \u00fanico padr\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil de alta qualidade at\u00e9 meados de 2011.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o Fasb, seu par norte-americano, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela confec\u00e7\u00e3o das regras nos Estados Unidos, chamadas US Gaap.
