O texto agora ser\u00e1 examinado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia, Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Inform\u00e1tica (CCT).<\/p>\n<p>O Projeto de Lei do Senado (PLS 21\/04) de autoria do ent\u00e3o senador Duciomar Costa j\u00e1 havia recebido parecer favor\u00e1vel da Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, Justi\u00e7a e Cidadania (CCJ). O texto aprovado pela CE \u00e9 um substitutivo elaborado pelo relator da mat\u00e9ria, senador Eduardo Azeredo (PSDB-MG), que confirma posi\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 adotada pela CCJ.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o documento, o remetente de mensagem eletr\u00f4nica ser\u00e1 obrigado a apresentar em cada mensagem, de forma clara, endere\u00e7o f\u00edsico ou eletr\u00f4nico do remetente e mecanismo eletr\u00f4nico &#8220;eficaz&#8221; pelo qual o destinat\u00e1rio possa facilmente exercer o direito de n\u00e3o mais receber mensagens daquele remetente.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O spam vem crescendo de forma acelerada. Lota as nossas caixas postais e muitas vezes cont\u00e9m v\u00edrus. Todo mundo que usa e-mail convive com essa praga&#8221;, disse Azeredo, ao apresentar seu voto favor\u00e1vel.
