Foi realizado um estudo de campo junto a uma amostra de 148  estudantes de cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Contabilidade, em institui\u00e7\u00f5es  p\u00fablicas e privadas da cidade de Fortaleza. Os dados s\u00e3o avaliados  atrav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas descritivas e de an\u00e1lise conjunta. Nas an\u00e1lises  descritiva e conjunta, verificou-se que a did\u00e1tica foi a compet\u00eancia  docente de maior import\u00e2ncia, seguida pelo conhecimento te\u00f3rico.  Especificamente por an\u00e1lise conjunta, foram procedidas verifica\u00e7\u00f5es por  categoria de vari\u00e1veis qualitativas, tendo-se verificado que, apesar de  se manter a ordem de import\u00e2ncia, os pesos relativos de cada compet\u00eancia  variam de acordo com o tipo de institui\u00e7\u00e3o, a metade do curso, o sexo, e  a condi\u00e7\u00e3o quanto ao trabalho dos estudantes.
