{"id":1933,"date":"2010-06-27T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-06-27T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2010\/06\/27\/novo-prazo-prazo-de-cancelamento-de-nf-e\/"},"modified":"2010-06-27T08:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-06-27T08:00:00","slug":"novo-prazo-prazo-de-cancelamento-de-nf-e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2010\/06\/27\/novo-prazo-prazo-de-cancelamento-de-nf-e\/","title":{"rendered":"Novo Prazo Prazo de Cancelamento de NF-e"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><strong>Ato COTEPE\/ICMS n\u00ba 13, de 17.06.2010 &#8211; DOU 1 de 22.06.2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Altera o Ato COTEPE\/ICMS n\u00ba 33\/2008 que disp\u00f5e sobre os prazos de cancelamento de NF-e e de transmiss\u00e3o de NF-e emitida em conting\u00eancia, conforme disposto no Ajuste SINIEF n\u00ba 07\/2005.<\/p>\n<p>O Secret\u00e1rio Executivo do Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria &#8211; CONFAZ, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere o art. 12, XIII, do Regimento da Comiss\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica Permanente do ICMS &#8211; COTEPE\/ICMS, de 12 de dezembro de 1997, por este ato, torna p\u00fablico que a Comiss\u00e3o, na sua 141\u00aa reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria da COTEPE\/ICMS, realizada nos dias 16 a 18 de junho de 2010, em Bras\u00edlia, DF,<\/p>\n<p>Decidiu:<\/p>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba Passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o o art. 1\u00ba do Ato COTEPE\/ICMS, n\u00ba 33, de 29 de setembro de 2008:<\/span><\/div>\n<blockquote style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\" dir=\"ltr\"><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><strong>&#8220;Art. 1\u00ba Poder\u00e1 o emitente solicitar o cancelamento da NF-e, em prazo n\u00e3o superior a 24 horas, contado do momento em que foi concedida a respectiva Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Uso da NF-e, desde que n\u00e3o tenha ocorrido a circula\u00e7\u00e3o da mercadoria ou a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o e observadas \u00e0s demais normas constantes do Ajuste SINIEF n\u00ba 07\/2005, de 5 de outubro de 2005.&#8221;.<\/strong><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Art. 2\u00ba Este ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, produzindo efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2011.<\/p>\n<p>MANUEL DOS ANJOS MARQUES TEIXEIRA<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ato COTEPE\/ICMS n\u00ba 13, de 17.06.2010 &#8211; DOU 1 de 22.06.2010 Altera o Ato COTEPE\/ICMS<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[148,183],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1933","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-nota-fiscal-eletronica","category-sped"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
