A diretora do Programa Nacional de Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do Controle Externo, Helo\u00edsa Garcia, revela as principais diretrizes e normas que devem ser definidas para melhorar a auditoria no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><span style=\"color:#ff0000;\">TEC\/SONORA: <strong>diretora Nacional do Promoex \u2013 <span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">Helo\u00edsa Garcia<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>&#8220;A norma de auditoria est\u00e1 dividida basicamente em tr\u00eas pontos. Relacionada com a pessoa do auditor, com as posturas do auditor, relacionada com a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima que um auditor governamental deve ter e \u00e0s normas relativas ao seu pr\u00f3prio trabalho, e as fases obrigat\u00f3rias de um trabalho de auditoria, que v\u00e3o desde o planejamento at\u00e9 o relat\u00f3rio no final.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\">LOC\/REP\u00d3RTER: Segundo a diretora Nacional do Promoex, as normas aprovadas v\u00e3o ser, posteriormente, recomendadas pelo Instituto Rui Barbosa a todos os tribunais. O coordenador do grupo t\u00e9cnico, Inaldo Santos, auditor fiscal na Bahia [sic, o correto \u00e9 Auditor do TCE Bahia], conta que o Brasil \u00e9 um dos poucos pa\u00edses que ainda n\u00e3o t\u00eam normas pr\u00f3prias sobre o controle externo. A partir do momento que eu tiver normas pr\u00f3prias aprovadas, essas auditorias realizadas passam a ser observadas por uma forma sistem\u00e1tica, um padr\u00e3o espec\u00edfico, que garanta qualidade, que garanta transpar\u00eancia \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es, que garanta a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores, ou seja, a partir de agora, as auditorias, os relat\u00f3rios realizados pelos Tribunais de Contas ter\u00e3o que expressamente dizer que observou esses requisitos normativos.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\">LOC\/REP\u00d3RTER: O auditor Inaldo Santos lembra que a consulta p\u00fablica ser\u00e1 feita at\u00e9 outubro.
