A regra independe do setor de atua\u00e7\u00e3o das companhias. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\">Outra mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 referente ao segmento varejista. Ser\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3rio \u00e0quelas empresas que n\u00e3o precisam aderir \u00e0 NF-e no pr\u00f3ximo 1\u00ba de dezembro, expedir o documento fiscal eletr\u00f4nico em caso de vendas interestaduais. As exce\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o para opera\u00e7\u00f5es com o C\u00f3digo Fiscal de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o e Presta\u00e7\u00e3o (CFOP) n\u00ba 6.201 &#8211; de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de compra &#8211; e n\u00ba6.202 &#8211; que trata da devolu\u00e7\u00e3o da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\">Os outros CFOPs s\u00e3o: 6.208, 6.209, 6.210, 6.410, 6.411, 6.412, 6.413, 6.503, 6.553, 6.555, 6.556, 6.661, 6.903, 6.910, 6.911, 6.912, 6.913, 6.914, 6.915, 6.916, 6.918, 6.920, 6.921.
