\u00c0 exemplo do que j\u00e1 acontece na advocacia, a partir do ano que vem, os profissionais de contabilidade ter\u00e3o que se submeter a um exame de sufici\u00eancia para obter o registro profissional conferido pelo Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC).<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
A regra \u00e9 apenas uma das v\u00e1rias mudan\u00e7as que atingiram o setor nos \u00faltimos cinco anos. O fortalecimento da presen\u00e7a das empresas brasileiras no mercado financeiro internacional fez aumentar a demanda por profissionais com um perfil mais estrat\u00e9gico e voltado para o mundo dos neg\u00f3cios.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
Por conta disso, desde 2007, o Brasil passou a adotar o International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), o conjunto de regras cont\u00e1beis determinados pela International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), com sede em Londres.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
Neste novo contexto, sai de cena o profissional meramente t\u00e9cnico. “O contador precisa entender muito bem da teoria e da mensura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil para poder interpret\u00e1-la corretamente e assim cumprir as novas determina\u00e7\u00f5es”, afirma Edilene Santana Santos professora da Escola de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Empresas de S\u00e3o Paulo da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas (FGV-EAESP).<\/span><\/div>\n

No entanto, de acordo com levantamento feito pelo CFC, nem todos profissionais est\u00e3o preparados para esse desafio. Nos \u00faltimos anos, o conselho aplicou o exame de sufici\u00eancia para um n\u00famero expressivo de volunt\u00e1rios. Desses, 175 mil foram reprovados. Estima-se que, atualmente, 420 mil profissionais de contabilidade atuem no pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/div>\n

“O objetivo, sobretudo, \u00e9 proteger a sociedade de profissionais n\u00e3o qualificados”, explica Maria Clara Cavalcante Bugarim, vice-presidente de desenvolvimento profissional e institucional do CFC.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o que determina as novas regras para o setor foi sancionada em junho pelo presidente da Rep\u00fablica. Al\u00e9m do exame de sufici\u00eancia, a lei, agora, obriga que todos os profissionais respons\u00e1veis pelo setor de contabilidade em uma empresa tenham conclu\u00eddo o curso superior em Ci\u00eancias Cont\u00e1beis.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
A prova ser\u00e1 aplicada pelo conselho duas vezes por ano – uma no primeiro trimestre e outra no \u00faltimo. O primeiro exame do tipo j\u00e1 est\u00e1 agendado para mar\u00e7o de 2011. As provas ser\u00e3o realizadas no mesmo dia em todos os estados. “Vamos cobrar as principais linhas da contabilidade. Entre elas, as regras internacionais”, afirma Maria Clara.<\/span><\/div>\n

Mas ainda \u00e9 poss\u00edvel conseguir o registro sem prestar o exame de sufici\u00eancia. O CFC recebe at\u00e9 o pr\u00f3ximo 28 de outubro as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es para o registro. Para isso,<\/span><\/div>\n

Os profissionais de contabilidade tem at\u00e9 o pr\u00f3ximo 28 de outubro para solicitar o seu registro profissional sem precisar prestar o exame de sufici\u00eancia.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
Para isso, o profissional, deve ir \u00e0 sede do Conselho Regional de Contabilidade ou a uma Delegacia Regional. S\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios documentos originais e c\u00f3pias do diploma, RG, CPF, t\u00edtulo de eleitor, certid\u00e3o de nascimento ou casamento, reservista (para homens com idade inferior a 46 anos), duas fotos 3×4.<\/span><\/div>\n

O valor do registro \u00e9 de 103,50 reais para t\u00e9cnicos e 111,50 reais para contadores.<\/span><\/div>\n
