{"id":1838,"date":"2010-08-29T08:27:00","date_gmt":"2010-08-29T08:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2010\/08\/29\/governo-de-sp-devolve-icms-pela-internet\/"},"modified":"2010-08-29T08:27:00","modified_gmt":"2010-08-29T08:27:00","slug":"governo-de-sp-devolve-icms-pela-internet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2010\/08\/29\/governo-de-sp-devolve-icms-pela-internet\/","title":{"rendered":"Governo de SP devolve ICMS pela internet"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;color:#000000;\"><strong>Governo de SP devolve ICMS a quem adquire produtos de lojas paulistas pela internet<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>O Globo &#8211; RIO <\/strong>&#8211; Cariocas, mineiros e outros brasileiros pa\u00eds afora que, por terem comprado pela internet em estabelecimentos comerciais paulistas, est\u00e3o sendo beneficiados pelo programa Nota Fiscal Paulista, uma iniciativa da Secretaria da Fazenda de S\u00e3o Paulo que prev\u00ea a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 30% do ICMS relativo a compras feitas no estado, mostra reportagem de Danielle Nogueira, publicada neste domingo pelo GLOBO.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;color:#000000;\">Al\u00e9m de ter os gastos com ICMS parcialmente devolvidos, os contribuintes que escolhem empresas sediadas em S\u00e3o Paulo para fazer suas compras pela internet tamb\u00e9m concorrem a pr\u00eamios todos os meses. Desde que o programa foi lan\u00e7ado, em outubro de 2007, j\u00e1 foram distribu\u00eddos R$ 3,2 bilh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9ditos de ICMS e pr\u00eamios.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>N\u00famero de cadastrados no programa \u00e9 de 8,5 milh\u00f5es<\/strong><br \/>Quase 90% do valor s\u00e3o rateados entre pessoas que moram em S\u00e3o Paulo. Mas o montante destinado a moradores de outros estados est\u00e1 crescendo: j\u00e1 soma R$ 3,6 milh\u00f5es. Minas \u00e9 quem lidera o ranking, com R$ 1,1 milh\u00e3o em cr\u00e9ditos e R$ 164.820 em pr\u00eamios recebidos. O Rio aparece em segundo lugar, com R$ 608.799 em cr\u00e9ditos e R$ 108.850 em pr\u00eamios.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;color:#000000;\">Para ter direito aos cr\u00e9ditos e pr\u00eamios, o contribuinte deve informar o n\u00famero de seu CPF no da compra e exigir a nota fiscal. Isso garante o recolhimento de ICMS aos cofres p\u00fablicos paulistas, evitando a sonega\u00e7\u00e3o, objetivo do programa. Como nas compras pela internet o fornecimento do n\u00famero do CPF \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio, muitas pessoas que desconhecem o Nota Fiscal Paulista t\u00eam cr\u00e9ditos a receber e n\u00e3o sabem. Para tirar a teima, basta se cadastrar no programa no site da secretaria de Fazenda.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;color:#000000;\">Foi o que fez Edinoel Faria. Ao saber pela filha que teria chance de receber parte do desembolsado em compras feitas via internet, ele correu para o computador e se cadastrou no programa. Estavam l\u00e1 os R$ 188. Sua mulher, Mariangela, vai receber R$ 79. A filha, Aline, ter\u00e1 direito a R$ 349, e o genro, Marcelo, a mais R$ 55.
