Atualmente, a validade dos diplomas atende apenas as exig\u00eancias estabelecidas pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino que os concedem e os crit\u00e9rios para valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o estabelecidos pelo contratante.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo, segundo o autor, \u00e9 estimular a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos que uniformizem esses crit\u00e9rios  no mercado de trabalho. Para o deputado, o Brasil expandiu a oferta educacional em n\u00edvel superior e consolidou-se a percep\u00e7\u00e3o da import\u00e2ncia da escolaridade e da qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional na busca por melhores oportunidades de trabalho e no aumento da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\"><strong>Crit\u00e9rios discrepantes<br \/><\/strong>Ele lembra, no entanto, que ainda h\u00e1 grandes discrep\u00e2ncias nos crit\u00e9rios adotados para valorizar t\u00edtulos obtidos pelos profissionais. Em algumas categorias profissionais, os t\u00edtulos, segundo ele, garantem ganhos efetivos no mercado.
