Tramita na C\u00e2mara o Projeto de Lei 7553\/10, do deputado Carlos Bezerra<\/st1:personname> (PMDB-MT), que obriga as empresas de grande porte, com ou sem a\u00e7\u00f5es na Bolsa, a publicar suas demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras em jornais de grande circula\u00e7\u00e3o ou na internet.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A proposta muda a Lei 11.638\/07, que, por sua vez, alterou a Lei das S.As. e estendeu \u00e0s sociedades de grande porte disposi\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Carlos Bezerra<\/span><\/span><\/st1:personname> destaca que a Lei 11.638 gerou d\u00favidas acerca da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da regra que obriga a publica\u00e7\u00e3o das demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras. Segundo ele, o projeto garante seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica ao estabelecer essa obrigatoriedade de modo expl\u00edcito.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Considera-se de grande porte, para efeito da lei, a sociedade ou o conjunto de sociedades sob controle comum que tiver, no exerc\u00edcio social anterior, ativo total superior a R$ 240 milh\u00f5es ou receita bruta anual superior a R$ 300 milh\u00f5es.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

De acordo com o parlamentar, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado brasileiro ao contexto econ\u00f4mico mundial, fruto da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da renda nacional e da efici\u00eancia das empresas, tem exigido a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos que aproximem as pr\u00e1ticas da economia brasileira daquelas utilizadas globalmente.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Um aspecto fundamental, explica, relaciona-se com a necessidade de ado\u00e7\u00e3o de princ\u00edpios cont\u00e1beis uniformes. Ele afirmou que a Lei 11.638\/07 j\u00e1 avan\u00e7ou nesse sentido, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 o bastante.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

[1] Forma conclusiva<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Rito de tramita\u00e7\u00e3o pelo qual o projeto n\u00e3o precisa ser votado pelo Plen\u00e1rio, apenas pelas comiss\u00f5es designadas para analis\u00e1-lo. O projeto perder\u00e1 esse car\u00e1ter em duas situa\u00e7\u00f5es: – se houver parecer divergente entre as comiss\u00f5es (rejei\u00e7\u00e3o por uma, aprova\u00e7\u00e3o por outra); – se, depois de aprovado pelas comiss\u00f5es, houver recurso contra esse rito assinado por 51 deputados (10% do total).
