O momento \u00e9 de significativas mudan\u00e7as do setor no Brasil na opini\u00e3o de profissionais da \u00e1rea. Dentre os fatores respons\u00e1veis pela altera\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho e no perfil do profissional cont\u00e1bil, protagonizam essa mudan\u00e7a a converg\u00eancia dos par\u00e2metros t\u00e9cnicos cont\u00e1beis e o Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital (Sped), os quais foram efetivados com mais intensidade no ano corrente. &#8220;Na necessidade iminente de uma economia globalizada, n\u00f3s vivemos esse momento de internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que leva pa\u00edses a convergirem e se alinharem para facilitar as suas contabilidades&#8221;, declara o contador e advogado tributarista Jos\u00e9 Carlos Fortes.<\/p>\n<p>A obrigatoriedade de parte dos par\u00e2metros t\u00e9cnicos cont\u00e1beis foi institu\u00edda no come\u00e7o de 2010 e Jos\u00e9 Carlos conta que foi a partir da cria\u00e7\u00e3o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o internacional n\u00e3o governamental e sem fins lucrativos IASB (International Accounting Standard Board), em 2001, que a converg\u00eancia entre as normas t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas pelos profissionais do setor passou a ser pensada dentro da \u00e1rea em um patamar internacional. No Brasil, de acordo com ele, o marco foi a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea de Pronunciamentos Cont\u00e1beis pela Conselho Federal de Contabilidade, em 2005, o qual veio a publicar interpreta\u00e7\u00f5es, pronunciamentos e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas e sobre a \u00e1rea cont\u00e1bil internacional elaboradas pelo IASB.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Esse \u00e9 um trabalho constante de aprimoramento da nova forma de fazer contabilidade&#8221;, afirma. De acordo com ele, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das mesmas regras na profiss\u00e3o ajuda as empresas, principalmente as que atuam em mais de um pa\u00eds, &#8220;na redu\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos com os investimentos, na facilidade em comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre os pa\u00edses em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos neg\u00f3cios de uma maneira em geral&#8221;. &#8220;O que for apurado aqui no Brasil, vai ser de igual modo no exterior&#8221;, garante.<\/p>\n<p><b>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o fundamental<\/b><br \/>Diante do novo cen\u00e1rio que surge na profiss\u00e3o e que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para o enquadramento do profissional no mercado, o presidente do Conselho Regional de Contabilidade no Cear\u00e1 (CRC), Cassius Coelho, destaca a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o como a principal alternativa para os futuros e os antigos contadores. &#8220;Na realidade, o mercado tem exigido do profissional cont\u00e1bil o que antes n\u00e3o exigia. Ele est\u00e1 migrando de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o mais burocr\u00e1tica para outra que tem importante atua\u00e7\u00e3o na gest\u00e3o das empresas&#8221;, avalia Cassius.
