O mais importante \u00e9 que a primeira gera\u00e7\u00e3o foi tempo para experimentar, aprender, conhecer, errar, corrigir e tamb\u00e9m investigar o que poderia melhorar. As administra\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias dos estados se preparam para um novo tempo de pesquisas e an\u00e1lise de sua base de dados. Com o rastreamento de opera\u00e7\u00f5es e cargas, por exemplo, ser\u00e3o identificadas as elis\u00f5es e evas\u00f5es fiscais al\u00e9m das opera\u00e7\u00f5es simuladas.<\/p>\n<p>Para tanto, a NF-e 2\u00aa Gera\u00e7\u00e3o vai permitir identificar dados por: segmento, macroregi\u00f5es e produtos espec\u00edficos, que v\u00e3o gerar compara\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os e os custos dos mesmos, com suas margens. A Microsoft Servi\u00e7os foi a respons\u00e1vel pelo desenvolvimento do projeto, desde o diagn\u00f3stico at\u00e9 a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio do Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), que integra equipes de projetos e opera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Estes quatro relat\u00f3rios s\u00e3o compostos de 29 sub-relat\u00f3rios que permitem o aprofundamento das an\u00e1lises, mergulhando no detalhe da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da possibilidade de conectar-se diretamente \u00e0 base de dados via Microsoft Excel para fazer centenas de an\u00e1lises, cruzamentos e combina\u00e7\u00f5es de dados. Para desenvolver a solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a Sefaz-BA, foram adotados o banco de dados Microsoft SQL Server 2008, servidores Microsoft Windows Server 2003 e a tecnologia de desenvolvimento Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. Estas escolhas tamb\u00e9m consideraram a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com as solu\u00e7\u00f5es e recursos Microsoft j\u00e1 existentes no ambiente, como a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o digital do SQL Server 2008, a facilidade da linguagem XML e o Service Broker.\u201d Fonte: Microsoft<\/p>\n<p>O projeto do BI NF-e tamb\u00e9m contou com o apoio do Instituto ETCOS, que trabalha no desenvolvimento da \u00e9tica nos neg\u00f3cios, buscando o fim da evas\u00e3o fiscal, informalidade, falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o e outros desvios de conduta.<\/p>\n<p>Outro projeto alia-se a este, o SCD (Projeto Sistema de Circulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de Documentos Fiscais), tamb\u00e9m conhecido como Portal de Eventos.
