O material faz parte do anivers\u00e1rio de duas d\u00e9cadas dos Relat\u00f3rios de Desenvolvimento Humano, que culminar\u00e1 na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, em 4 de novembro, da 20\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do estudo. (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/hdr.undp.org\/external\/flash\/hd_journey\/es\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">http:\/\/hdr.undp.org\/external\/flash\/hd_journey\/es<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">) <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Intitulado Jornada de Desenvolvimento Humano, o curso tem vers\u00e3o em espanhol, ingl\u00eas e franc\u00eas. Pode ser feito on-line ou, ap\u00f3s download, no computador. Ele traz uma introdu\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o conceito de desenvolvimento humano, relaciona-o a outras teorias de desenvolvimento, explica os principais \u00edndices que tentam mensur\u00e1-lo e mostra a import\u00e2ncia de trabalhar com dados desagregados por grupos sociais ou regi\u00f5es.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">O material \u00e9 formado por seis apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es (uma introdu\u00e7\u00e3o, quatro aulas e um resumo) que, somadas, t\u00eam dura\u00e7\u00e3o aproximada de quatro horas. O conte\u00fado \u00e9 ministrado em \u00e1udio, textos em t\u00f3picos, gr\u00e1ficos e textos com a \u00edntegra do que est\u00e1 sendo lido pelo locutor. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel assistir ao curso em qualquer hor\u00e1rio ou parar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o e ver depois, de acordo com a conveni\u00eancia do internauta. Ao final de cada aula, h\u00e1 r\u00e1pidos exerc\u00edcios para fixar o que foi apresentado. O PNUD, por\u00e9m, n\u00e3o d\u00e1 certificado ou qualquer outro documento para quem completar o treinamento.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Na introdu\u00e7\u00e3o, define-se o conceito de desenvolvimento humano, fala-se sobre as origens dessa teoria, mostra-se porque esse enfoque \u00e9 importante para o trabalho do PNUD e como ele se aplica em n\u00edvel nacional ou local.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">A aula 1 (Princ\u00edpios e caracter\u00edsticas do desenvolvimento humano) apresenta os pontos principais do conceito: ser multidisciplinar, abranger diversas dimens\u00f5es, n\u00e3o ser est\u00e1tico e orientar-se para as a\u00e7\u00f5es.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Na aula 2 (O enfoque do desenvolvimento humano e do desenvolvimento relacionado), destacam-se as diferen\u00e7as e semelhan\u00e7as entre essa teoria e outras como as que enfatizam recursos humanos, necessidades b\u00e1sicas, meios de vida, crescimento econ\u00f4mico, seguran\u00e7a humana e direitos humanos.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">A aula 3 (Medir o desenvolvimento humano) mostra por que \u00e9 importante usar indicadores quantitativos e qualitativos para avaliar o desenvolvimento humano, apresenta c\u00e1lculos e \u00edndices sobre o tema \u2014 como o IDH (\u00cdndice de Desenvolvimento Humano) \u2014 e discute os pontos fracos e fortes dessas medidas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">A aula 4 (Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento humano) apresenta maneiras de aplicar o conceito, destaca como os Relat\u00f3rios de Desenvolvimento Humano nacionais e regionais podem contribuir para o avan\u00e7o social e relaciona o enfoque com o desenvolvimento de capacidades e a igualdade de g\u00eanero. Por fim, o resumo recapitula o que foi tratado no curso.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Como parte da comemora\u00e7\u00e3o dos 20 anos do RDH, o PNUD tamb\u00e9m vai publicar todos os relat\u00f3rios anteriores em formato PDF e livro eletr\u00f4nico, para download gratuito. A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do IDH ser\u00e1 refor\u00e7ada com recursos interativos que mostrar\u00e3o dados da maioria dos pa\u00edses do mundo.
