Bastar\u00e1 um cadastro pr\u00e9vio para o contribuinte receber, por e-mail, o dia, a hora, a unidade em que foi realizado o acesso, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor respons\u00e1vel e a natureza dos dados acessados. <\/span><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser encaminhada imediatamente, exceto quando o acesso aos dados for necess\u00e1rio para subsidiar fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pela Receita ou investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de crimes como lavagem de dinheiro. Nesses casos, o prazo para o envio da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 chegar a 360 dias. Al\u00e9m disso, a Justi\u00e7a poder\u00e1 dispensar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor respons\u00e1vel quando houver risco \u00e0 sua integridade. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">O autor do projeto, deputado Walter Feldman (PSDB-SP), explica que o combate \u00e0 sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 prejudicado. A medida, segundo o parlamentar, pretende evitar o uso pol\u00edtico de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sigilosas, dando mais transpar\u00eancia e legitimidade aos procedimentos da Receita. &#8220;[O projeto] \u00e9 oriundo da crise que aconteceu, infelizmente, no processo da campanha eleitoral, em que pessoas ligadas a um candidato tiveram seu sigilo quebrado&#8221;, afirma Feldman. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>O projeto, que tramita em car\u00e1ter conclusivoRito de tramita\u00e7\u00e3o pelo qual o projeto n\u00e3o precisa ser votado pelo Plen\u00e1rio, apenas pelas comiss\u00f5es designadas para analis\u00e1-lo. O projeto perder\u00e1 esse car\u00e1ter em duas situa\u00e7\u00f5es: &#8211; se houver parecer divergente entre as comiss\u00f5es (rejei\u00e7\u00e3o por uma, aprova\u00e7\u00e3o por outra); &#8211; se, depois de aprovado pelas comiss\u00f5es, houver recurso contra esse rito assinado por 51 deputados (10% do total).
