Rio e Bahia prorrogam data para exig\u00eancia de uso do PAF-ECF <\/strong><\/p>\n

A ado\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Aplicativo Fiscal (PAF) nos equipamento com Emissor de Cupom Fiscal (ECF) foi prorrogada em dois Estados. <\/p>\n

No Rio de Janeiro, por exemplo, o prazo final para o cumprimento da regra terminaria no s\u00e1bado, 30 de outubro. Mas a Secretaria da Fazenda decidiu estabelecer um novo cronograma conforme a faixa de receita bruta anual das empresas. <\/p>\n

Assim, os estabelecimentos comerciais que no exerc\u00edcio 2009 apuraram faturamento bruto superior R$ 2,4 milh\u00f5es ter\u00e3o at\u00e9 o final do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o para adotar o ECF-PAF. Em junho ser\u00e1 a vez das que registraram receita bruta entre R$ 720 mil e R$ 2,4 milh\u00f5es. <\/p>\n

No m\u00eas de setembro de 2011 ser\u00e3o contemplados os contribuintes com faturamento bruto entre R$ 240 mil e R$ 720 mil e em dezembro do mesmo ano ser\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos os que obtiveram faturamento bruto entre R$ 120 mil e R$ 240 mil. <\/p>\n

As empresas com faturamento bruto at\u00e9 R$ 120 mil n\u00e3o precisam adotar o
PAF-ECF. <\/p>\n

Na Bahia, a Secretaria da Fazenda prorrogou para 1\u00ba de maio do pr\u00f3ximo ano exig\u00eancia de uso do PAF-ECF, conforme Portaria n\u00ba 245. <\/p>\n
