As institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, autorizadas pelo Banco Central a fazerem essas opera\u00e7\u00f5es, ter\u00e3o que preencher a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nica de Movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica Internacional de Valores (e-DEMOV). Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa da Receita, publicada hoje no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, cria a nova declara\u00e7\u00e3o e regulamenta a sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A medida entra em vigor em 30 dias.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o subsecret\u00e1rio de Aduana e Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais, Fausto Coutinho, o compromisso de informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica de valores foi assumido pelo Brasil junto ao Grupo de A\u00e7\u00e3o Financeira Internacional (Gafi), um organismo intergovernamental, com sede em Paris, que trabalha contra a lavagem de dinheiro e o financiamento do terrorismo. O subsecret\u00e1rio explicou que a informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o vai aumentar o controle do Brasil. Hoje, a importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica desses valores financeiros \u00e9 feita de forma burocr\u00e1tica, por meio de um processo apresentado \u00e0 Receita.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A nova declara\u00e7\u00e3o, com certeza, vai diminuir o tempo e dar mais agilidade, mas o foco \u00e9 o maior controle&#8221;, disse Fausto. O subsecret\u00e1rio, no entanto, n\u00e3o tem estat\u00edsticas sobre o volume das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o feitas no Brasil desse valores.<\/p>\n<p>Como essas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte de valores envolvem alto risco, a transportadora que faz a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para as institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras tem de ser habilitadas pela Pol\u00edcia Federal.
