Muitas, cresceram armazenando livros fiscais, notas fiscais, uma economia altamente rent\u00e1vel, em uma \u00e9poca onde os espa\u00e7os de arquivos eram raros. At\u00e9 que surge o novo modelo digital e algumas empresas n\u00e3o mudaram os seus processos e continuam a armazenar as EFD\/ECD em desktop, em um servidor qualquer das \u00e1reas fiscal e cont\u00e1bil, ou em DVD. At\u00e9 que o inesperado acontece e por acidente, os arquivos se perdem. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Como recuperar estes livros digitais?<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Nesta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa pode baixar o programa RECEITANET BX e com o certificado digital, pode fazer o download do arquivo enviado desde que este j\u00e1 tenha sido registrado. Por\u00e9m, a RFB adverte que esta possibilidade \u00e9 exclusiva para este per\u00edodo de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e que ela n\u00e3o pretende ser o back-office das empresas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Na verdade, este \u00e9 mais um processo de mudan\u00e7a para as empresas, que necessitam de uma melhor gest\u00e3o. As multinacionais que tem sede fora do pa\u00eds e at\u00e9 empresas que tem a\u00e7\u00f5es negociadas na bolsa de Nova Iorque, por exemplo, tiveram de olhar para este processo for\u00e7adas pela SOX Sarbanes Oxley (Lei americana que estabelece novos padr\u00f5es de governan\u00e7a).
