\tUm restaurante com nove funcionários que paga um salário médio de R$ 1.500 aos seus empregados e que troca um de seus empregados por ano gasta R$ 10.812 com a reposição. Nos custos são levados em conta o gasto com a demissão do antigo funcionário, com o anúncio da vaga, do telefone para chamar os candidatos, do treinamento do novo contratado e da queda de produtividade que naturalmente acontece quando uma pessoa inexperiente assume um posto.<\/div>\n

\tA conta foi feita por uma calculadora on-line de custos que as empresas têm com rotatividade. Por ele é possível inserir características da empresa, o setor em que ela atua, o número de funcionários, a remuneração média e a taxa de rotatividade mensal, e ela mostra quanto a empresa gasta para repor.<\/div>\n

\tQuem desenvolveu o mecanismo foi uma empresa de anúncio de vagas, a Emprego Ligado. A calculadora está disponível no site da empresa [confira aqui<\/a>]. Os custos variam de acordo com o setor. Uma loja com o mesmo número de funcionários, a mesma folha de pagamentos e igual rotatividade do exemplo do restaurante acima irá gastar R$ 8.112 com reposições durante um ano.<\/div>\n

\tO diretor-executivo Jacob Rosenbloom afirma que a maioria das empresas sabe que a rotatividade custa caro, mas elas não têm a medida exata de quanto sai e a calculadora irá ajudar nisso. Ele cita a queda da produtividade do novo empregado como um dos fatores desconhecidos para o grosso dos empregadores.<\/div>\n

\tEle diz ainda que apesar de o desemprego estar aumentando, a 'dinâmica do mercado de trabalho no Brasil mostra que as pessoas continuarão em busca de melhores oportunidades', o que faz com que a rotatividade continue relativamente alta.<\/div>\n
