{"id":15617,"date":"2026-07-21T13:53:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-21T13:53:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=15617"},"modified":"2026-07-21T15:43:22","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T15:43:22","slug":"receita-federal-cria-mais-duas-tabelas-para-o-plano-de-contas-referencial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2026\/07\/21\/receita-federal-cria-mais-duas-tabelas-para-o-plano-de-contas-referencial\/","title":{"rendered":"Receita Federal cria mais duas tabelas para o Plano de Contas Referencial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Por Alexandre Alcantara<\/p>\n<p>Foi divulgado pela Receita Federal do Brasil a vers\u00e3o 12.1.7 do programa da ECF, que deve ser utilizado para transmiss\u00f5es de arquivos da ECF referentes ao ano-calend\u00e1rio 2025 e situa\u00e7\u00f5es especiais de 2026, observando o leiaute 12 (Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Cofis n\u00ba 02\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>As instru\u00e7\u00f5es referentes ao leiaute 12 constam na nova vers\u00e3o do Manual da ECF e na atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o divulgada para suas Tabelas Din\u00e2micas publicadas ontem, dia 20:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manual,<\/strong> aqui: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/sped\/pt-br\/assuntos\/escrituracoes-digitais\/ecf\">https:\/\/www.gov.br\/sped\/pt-br\/assuntos\/escrituracoes-digitais\/ecf<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tabelas Din\u00e2micas e Planos de Contas Referenciais<\/strong>, aqui: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/sped\/pt-br\/assuntos\/escrituracoes-digitais\/ecf\/manuais-e-documentos-tecnicos\/tabelas-dinamicas-e-planos-de-contas-referenciais-leiaute-12-atualizacao-28-05-2026\/tabelas_dinamicas_ecf_leiaute_12_28_05_2026_ac_2025_sit_esp_2026.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.gov.br\/sped\/pt-br\/assuntos\/escrituracoes-digitais\/ecf\/manuais-e-documentos-tecnicos\/tabelas-dinamicas-e-planos-de-contas-referenciais-leiaute-12-atualizacao-28-05-2026\/tabelas_dinamicas_ecf_leiaute_12_28_05_2026_ac_2025_sit_esp_2026.xlsx<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>O que muda no Plano de Contas Referencial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No tocante a auditoria cont\u00e1bil tribut\u00e1ria, deve ser observado que em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao leiaute 12, foi introduzido modifica\u00e7\u00f5es no Planos de Contas Referencial, relacionada \u00e0s Contas Patrimoniais e de Resultado, correspondentes a &#8220;TEF &#8211; Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de Entidades do Futebol&#8221; e &#8220;SAF &#8211; Sociedade An\u00f4nima de Futebol&#8221;, com as Tabelas S100 e S150.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>S100 &#8211; Plano de Contas Referencial &#8211; Contas Patrimoniais &#8211; PJ TEF &#8211; Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de Entidades do Futebol \/ SAF &#8211; Sociedade An\u00f4nima de Futebol<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>S150 &#8211; Plano de Contas Referencial &#8211; Contas de Resultado &#8211; PJ TEF &#8211; Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de Entidades do Futebol \/ SAF &#8211; Sociedade An\u00f4nima de Futebol<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>S200 &#8211; Apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos Tributos a Pagar Incidentes em TEF\/SAF<\/li>\n<li>S300 &#8211; C\u00e1lculo do IRPJ<\/li>\n<li>S500 &#8211; C\u00e1lculo da CSLL<\/li>\n<li>S700 &#8211; C\u00e1lculo dos Demais Tributos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>O que \u00e9 o Plano de Contas Referencial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Previsto para ser uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria para ECF, Silva (2025, p. 63-64) explica que este plano de contas existe<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[&#8230;] com o objetivo de estabelecer um <strong>mapeamento <\/strong>(DE-PARA) entre o <strong>Plano de Contas <\/strong>da pessoa jur\u00eddica (<strong>Registro I050 \u2013 Plano de Contas<\/strong>) e esse plano referencial, permitindo maior uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o e comparabilidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis.<\/p>\n<p>Esse mapeamento \u00e9 registrado no <strong>Registro I051 \u2013 Plano de Contas Referencial<\/strong>, que, embora previsto na estrutura da ECD, possui <strong>car\u00e1ter opcional<\/strong>, ou seja, sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 <strong>facultativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O Programa Gerador da Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o (PGE) da ECD adotou, a partir do ano-calend\u00e1rio 2014, o mesmo Plano de Contas Referencial constante no Manual de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Leiaute da Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Cont\u00e1bil Fiscal (ECF) \u2014 <strong>Registro C050: Plano de Contas da ECD <\/strong>e <strong>Registro C051: Plano de Contas Referencial<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Refer\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SILVA, Alexandre Alcantara da.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/manual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manual de Auditoria Cont\u00e1bil Tribut\u00e1ria<\/a><\/strong>. 2. ed.
