O regulamento estabelecer\u00e1 as normas t\u00e9cnicas para estados e munic\u00edpios, garantindo maior transpar\u00eancia e clareza tanto para os contribuintes quanto para as autoridades fiscais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O regulamento foi desenvolvido em harmonia com as regras da CBS, tributo de compet\u00eancia federal, visando uma integra\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente do sistema tribut\u00e1rio nacional, consolidando as bases pr\u00e1ticas da reforma tribut\u00e1ria institu\u00edda pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 214\/2025.
