Foi encerrada hoje no Senado a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do PLP 108\/2024. O projeto prop\u00f5e criar o Comit\u00ea Gestor do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CG-IBS) e estabelece normas gerenciar e administrar esse novo imposto.<\/p>\n

Essa gest\u00e3o ser\u00e1 compartilhada entre os Estados e Munic\u00edpios. A proposta tamb\u00e9m define como ser\u00e1 o processo administrativo para resolver disputas relativas ao IBS, como o dinheiro arrecadado ser\u00e1 distribu\u00eddo entre os Estados e Munic\u00edpios, e como ser\u00e3o tratados os saldos de cr\u00e9ditos do ICMS durante a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o novo imposto.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto estabelece novas regras para o Imposto sobre Transmiss\u00e3o “”Causa Mortis”” e Doa\u00e7\u00e3o de Bens e Direitos (ITCMD).<\/p>\n
